I had a great stay at this hotel in the old centre of Florence. The room I stayed in was bright, spacious, and clean, with a really big bed. The attention to detail was impressive, with a clock over the bed and a cup of tea or coffee supplied in the room. The location was perfect, close to both the train station and the Duomo, making it convenient for exploring the city. The staff, especially Biagio, the host, were extremely friendly and helpful, providing maps and dining suggestions.
No negatives to mention, everything was ok.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in this city. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean, with great air-conditioning. The owner, Biagio, was super helpful and accommodating. The location of the hotel is really good, as it is near most of the attractions and close to everywhere in the historic center, making it easy to explore this city.
